Time Delay Relay

I have a Pioneer AVIC-D3 Radio/Nav. in my Diesel Super Duty truck that boots up then re-boots after the glo-plugs are hot. Where can I get a Time Delay Relay to slow the D3 from booting up till after the eng. starts.
