Radical Custom Expedition...
The only thing I can think of is the shop rags are there to protect the paint when slammed. Beware, it is wild! I don't know how to get into the back seat though... LOL!

The cotten/poly fill is in there so the wheel liners dont rattle with da bass...
The back seat is entered on the passenger side and you roll out the drivers side to get out...

Ugliest thing I've seen in awhile. Is it even drivable ? What a waste.
I like that color blue tho. Made it worthy of a few comments. Tho, -not always good, but honest in opinion.

are you talking about the cotton on the tires? if so it's an old showcar trick to not have to clean the wheel wells{ but i can't imagine this trick working in a indoor show}.
