The drop is 3", Its not on the truck yet but from the way it sits now without the drop if it were to get 3" lower from there will be no gap in the front

Ok got bored at work today so I played a round in photoshop. Lowered the truck (more than the 3" drop though) and added the rims.

Heres a new quesiton. I am playing around with 2 toning the truck. Take a look at the second pic and let me know what you think.....

with 2 tone

The pic is 3 toned. If you plan on making that lower color including the flares the silver color, then I really like it. Thre has been one running around my home town that is similar and it looks great.

Good, then I think it would look great. The one here has sort of an 03 Harley Davidson scheme.

wow Awsome!! all u need now is to remove the front tag, paint the the chrome bar black, and also do the same thing for the grille, and the antenna need to be smaller or if not deleted.

p.s. remove the expedition badges and put some side markers!!

I am planning to paint the front grill for sure, but I really cant decide about the chrome on the front bumper? If I paint it the only chrome on teh truck is the rims and i think that might look a little weird.

And yes I am on the hunt for a shorter antenna as well.

Halverso - Yeah I agree, tenative plan for the 2 tone is july.

BTW, did anyone use spacers for the rears to get the rims to sit out further? I think 1/2-3/4" would work really well for the look of the truck. BUT I need to get the drop on the truck to see if it would work with the spaces as well......

we'll see.
