nice...i went to drop mine in the rear but i can't find drop springs for the 03-06 models... i only find a drop kit that drops the fron 1.6 and the rear 1.8 but it retails for about $400...

how are shackles going to work on a truck with coil rear springs??

I have almost an Identical expy as you and I have coil rear springs (IRS)

I'm thinking a 2-2.5 coil spacer on each corner with some good shocks and more aggressive tires will do the trick

That truck looks like new Glen R. It makes me want to loose my running boards and get tube side steps.

It's not bad considering, I paid less than 7 grand for it last fall. Of cours I have probably put another 2500 in it since. still not bad though considering original list was close to 37.
I definitely like the look of the nerf bars over the running boards. They are just as functional, just look a little slicker.

awesome looking rigs guys...almost makes me wish I had paid the $4,000 dollar premium for a 4x4

@98Navi
very nice...but wouldn't it have been easier to slap a Cobra setup onto your motor?

4.6 4v right?...or do you have the 5.4?

seeing your setup is making me miss my F-150 RoushCharged...I don't wanna play with my Expy too terribly much just yet. It is the "family" vehicle

400HP grocery getters are the shiziznit

Its a 5.4 32v

The cobra stuff didn't mate up with the non-pi heads and from what i heard didn't fit under the hood. You had to change to the blowzilla which was like 7g's

damn, I knew the Navi's were 4v's...but a 5.4 4v.

That was 10 yrs ago, why the hell can't we have that motor now? stupid IMO

I get your setup now. I was thinking you had the 4.6 4v (Cobra motor)...wow, I'm even more impressed. But only 400 HP with 8 PSI? at the crank or wheels?
