current and previous expedition frames

Hey!
Igot one question. Is the frames very different?
I saw a body lift kit and there was written fits to 2003 - 2007. I have read thet new expy uses different platform and its the front what is mostly different.

the frames are a bit different and I think the body was redone in the '08 models.

are you refferring to the pre-'03 expeditions? if so then yes the frame is quite different

No I meant 2005y model and 2007. I work in a little company in Europe and we do service and sell parts for US cars. I had here a 2005 Expy and we installed a lift kit for that car. And also one of my customers who has new body 2007y model wants lift kit. On the package there was written that it suits for 03-07 models but I have searched from the internet and havent found yet a kit for 2007.

I think the frame changed in late '07 (for the '08 models) so the early '07's should be the same as teh '05

where you at in Europe?
