MPG mods on a 2004 Expedition

This is my wife's car and it gets around 15 mpg or so. I know nothing about what mods might help improve gas mileage on her EX.

Any suggestions? mild tuner? exhaust? etc?

electric fans, they replace the mechanical clucth fan attached to the water pump. Less parasitic drawn on the drive belt, means free'd up horsepower, which means it takes less effort to get moving, and saves you gas

It takes a good bit of wiring, you can build your own kit for about 150-200, and you can order a kit online from 300-500

Ive done several write ups on this subject, try searching for them to see if you would be interested in doing something like this.
