Problem with electric drivers seat motor....

Hi from the UK (Wales)

My Expedition that I recently imported seems to have a problem with one of the motors under the seat.
Most of the seat controls work except fore and aft.

I can hear the motor solenoid clicking as if it is trying to work but the seat does not move forwards or back.
I can't even work out what the motor would be doing if it were to work correctly...can anyone offer any advice or look at the motor at the front of the drivers seat and tell me exactly which bits move and where ?

Thanks in advance....
