Exclamation Navigator seat wiring

I had just recently put in 2000 navi seats and console to replace my bench w. Jumpseat in my 1999 f150, fits perfect and looks great, however.... I got in over my head with trying to wire them up... What i assumed to be simple... Well theres my 1st problem, i assumed, is rather intense... So all im looking for is some advice on wiring diagrams or someones invaluable advice from experience. I dont want the memory seats portion, just the power, and if i can get the a/c and heaters... Total bonus!
