08 Expedition Cross Bars

Hey gang,

I have roof rack cross bars that have yet to be installed on my 08 Expy EL Limited. There are no instructions - just two boxes with parts. Does anyone know where I can find instructions on how to remove the end cap on the rail so I can slide these puppies onto the roof rails?

Sod,

Unless the cross bars are radically different than the ones on my 05 you shouldn't have anything to remove. They here should be a place on the tracks of the rack where you can slide the rails in to wherever you want them. I hope this helps some. Good luck.
