MAC 75mm Throttle Bodies

I got a magizine from a company called MAC. I noticed they sell the 75mm Throttle Bodies for 97-03 4.6L & 5.4L trucks. Has anyone tryed it out? If so how did it compare over stock?
Is it worth the $159.00 asking price?

That is WAY WAY WAY WAY too big for a stock motor, that is even too big for a modified motor. A big misconception to people is that "bigger is better". I had a 1987 Mustang with a GT-40 intake, GT-40 ported heads, you would think you need a HUGE mass air meter and throtle body, I put an 80mm on, the thing ran like garbage, but a 65 on, ran excelent. So putting a 65 on a stock expedition is a waste of your money. A chip, 3 inch catback, k&n and leave it be, you start running into big problems when you start messing with cars/trucks. Just my .02

I agree..... You don't want to change the mass air or throttle body unless you have some major mods, or plan on running a blower. Best gains would be from exhaust, chip, and an airraid k&n setup or something similar.
