Tips that sound good...?

Okay, i know a few people are skeptical about tips making the exhaust sound better, so if you don't think it does, thats all fine, but those that know it does...

I have a 4.2L with a Gibson muffler and a 2.5" mandrel bent pipe coming out the passenger-side rear.

What tips should I use?
I was thinking a 3.5" tip, maybe up to a 4" tip.
Should I use a 15degree angle? And how long?
And the tips that have resonators built-in, are those really worth it?
I'm not into oval or square exhaust tips, and i WILL be using Stainless Steel.
Also, I am not looking for much over $50. Possibly $60, maybe.

tips dont change the tone, but they echo the sound farther which gives it a more metallic sound. The tip is all up to you. I personally prefer Magnaflow tips. I have 4" outlet tips 18" long, with 2.5" inlet. Looks amazing to me, have them side swept behind the rears. My tips were $55 each, $120 shipped.

Resonated tips help tone it down so to some it is, to the loud sounding guys no.

I went with 3 1/4 inch tips. They look good, sound good and were cheap.
