Magnaflow si/do 14" body muffler, with 3.5" or 4" tips of your choice. This system will sound good and deep, and growl with aggression under throttle and reving, and maintain good performance, if anything it will increase, keeping interior resonance to a low minimum.

Heres the muffler you will need, http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

Youtube videos for clips of F150 exhausts.

Run true duals Magnflow mufflers and x-pipe, and x2 for performancepeddler.com, they are the cheapest and have free shipping on magnaflow.

As of today I am now on my 4th exhaust setup I've run a Spintech 3" SI/SO, Imco Extreme 3" In 2.5" Dual out with tips 45'd out the back, and for the past 8 months or so I've had the 18" Magnaflow SI/DO with the above tips. After having Flowmaster on both of my previous trucks I decided to go back to it. I had an original 40 series aka American Thunder 3" SI/SO installed today with a Magnaflow 4" rolled tip behind the passenger rear tire. I commute 60 miles to work M-F so I should be able to determine quickly if there are any performance or mileage losses. As of now and the 30 miles I've already put on the exhaust today, I have noticed zero loss of low end and mpg is just as good as it was before according to the Edge. Sounds really good now with zero drone on the freeway.

Another vote for Roush. I have the legal kit on my '04 and couldn't be happier.

There are a few sections of the highway that lead to my work where my truck has to downshift to make the climb. That should be a little test since I know where it bumps down a gear. At my old job as a service tech we had a Dynojet dyno that I had free access to. I did quite a few pulls on my Dakota 5.9 R/T with both Spintech and Flowmaster so unfortunately this didn't contribute to the Maggy vs. Flow debate.
