Im changing up my truck, currently I have stock cats, manifolds, but have an X pipe and true dual 2.5" inch with no mufflers. Pipe goes over the rear axle and out the back. I want to change it up a bit and add some mufflers because the drone and audio level is just annoying now. However, I plan to remove the last 2 cats and put on some mufflers and possibly move the exhaust exit to in front of the rear tires. Now I want a good sound (like anyone) but I dont want drone or stupid loud. I was thinking 14" but if I go infront of the rear tire I dunno if Ill need a 18" mufflers? When I give it gas though I want it to unleash the furry and it can be loud as hell need be.
Anyway, im tired of being super loud but dont want to loose the WOT loud. But I dont want drone and annoying loud when I dont even push the gas that hard.
Good move on the rear cat delete. I'm glad I did it.
I got the 11" body Magnaflows, they're perfect. Not crazy loud inside at all, its still kind of a bit quiet for me but its a great setup. Have a listen to my system. Go with the 11" bodies!

you could either go with magnaflow or flowmaster or dynomax, i dont really know how those sound with 2 cats and true duals, id say 14" maggies

Im now thinking 14" maggies, and having them exit behind each rear tire I saw one on a few forums Ive listened to both you guys' videos and they are sweet. Making me want to do some exhaust work

Either way Magnaflow is a great choice. My 11" bodies still aren't fully broken in yet so i'm wondering just how loud it will get.
well ive heard that maggies dont ever fully get broken in, they just keep breaking in...if that makes sense

Checkout my setup with the 14" maggies, true duals with x pipe and magnaflow high flow cats. Sounds SWEET to me and not NEAR broken in yet. Sound clip's in my sig, sounds like Magnaflow is the way to go for your needs!
I think ill get some 14" magnaflows the straight through ones. Straight pipe is awesome, but Im getting tired of the drone at 2 grand when im doing not even quarter throttle.
