white smoke coming from catatylic converter

I have a 2004 4.2 v6 Heritage with 155k+ miles on it. I started noticing a burning oil smell coming from the hood after driving around town a bit. I then noticed white smoke coming from what looked like the intake manifold, but realized it was coming from below. I followed it under the truck and saw it was coming from here..

I assume this is the cat converter from what I have looked up. Can anybody help me out with why this might be happening or what I should check or test?

Thanks.

Its just leaking. Not that big of a deal just needs replacement. Magnaflow #94136 units could fix it just right. If the sensor is after the cat and not inside of it, #94036 I believe is the non O2 mounted cat. Replace both as pairs as running two different cats may be detrimental.

Have you had a CEL yet? Would be a PO420. A leaking cat will smell bad through the A/C and heat and not good for your health, get this fixed soon!
