afe stage 2

I recently installed a afe stage 2 cold air intake in my 2011 ecoboost. I have noticed a thud sound on my pick up now. It only does it when I let off the throttle. Anyone know what this could be?

Same thing happens here. Basically the new intake allows more sound to come from the turbos than the stock intake did. Totally normal with Ecoboosts.

Passenger side was a piece of cake. Driver's side not so much haha. Took me a while to figure out different positions to get at it. Those metal clamps are a PITA. Worth it though. Put a rubber chair end on the intake hole and zip tied the hose so it faced down. Took the intake silencers out and the diaper off as well.
