I have a 2004 f150 4.6l 4x4
i have steady 18lbs of vacuum in spec
short term and long term fuel trim voltage are within spec
upstream and down stream 02 are within voltage spec
i have put a 2004 mustang intake manifold on it.
professional products upper plenum(75mm)
bbk 75mm throttle body.
04 mustang gt fuel rails
09 mustang purple(21lb) injectors(6 wholes)
i get codes po172 and po175 both banks too rich
with the stock truck injectors(19lb with 4 wholes) both banks are too lean po171 and po174
other parts on the truck are.......
Stock Maf sensor
big *** K&N filter
Pace setter long tube headers 3 inch
Pace setter Y-pipe 3 inch
no cat (mechanically bypassed)
no resinators
flowmaster 40 series 3inch
custom 3 inch CAI i made myself
E3 spark plugs
Edge evolution tuner with extreme tune loaded
any ideas on how to get ride of the rich codes?

Seems like you got a lot of "go-fast goodies" on which is not too bad..but you're lacking a good, or maybe better put, correct tune to tell the ECM how to manage them. YES I see you have a tuner...but is that tune appropriate for all that been added? IDK Is that what EDGE recommended for your application? a custom tune to your set up maybe in order. Especially with the Cat delete.
A Couple things stand out and possible issues, 1 is the K&N filter...& 2 is ( maybe bigger cause) the E3 spark plugs....I agree they work wonderful for small engines...and maybe for other brands??...they just don't stand up on these 3v ford engines.
The K&N filter tends to get over serviced...and over oiled and can make the MAF sensor respond improperly. Not saying that is what happened....just some thing to watch for. At least clean your MAF sensor
If the spark plugs are doing their job...with all the add fuel your shoving in there, they might be too cold and you'll need to jump up a to a hotter plug. Compare the heat range of the spark plugs from the mustang to the F150 & see if they are different. I Kinda doubting that they are same spark plug...IDK Or you may have to go to a spark plug from a Lighting?
I'm sure this is over comable....you might have to adjust some of your goodies

I would buy a new set of Motorcraft plugs.
