Magnaflow exhaust (which is a straight-through design except for their XL-Series). But there are other choices that are less expensive. I'm a big fan of Magnaflow though and have had the pleasure of touring their R&D facility when they prototyped my truck.

Gotts mod is a great bang for the buck, or a full intake system such as these:

Then if you want, you could do a tuner. The big advantage is it allows for my final recommendation.

Finally, gears are a great mod. It leverages the power you have and puts more of it to the wheels. A tuner will allow you to adjust the computer and speedometer for it. 4.10 is what I'm runnning and it's perfect. RPM on the interstate is still lower than a Crown Vic with 3.55 gears. This makes the truck much more responsive and the cost is relatively cheap if you do it yourself.

5.4Ls, true dual 2.5" Dynomax bullets on the left, single 3" Magnapack with 2.5" tails on the right. Sound almost exact with mine having the stronger idle.
