Very much so. It will sound a little more tame than 08FX4's.

sounds like a good set-up to me. you can always swap in some hi-flow cats later if its not loud enough for you.

good luck.

I like my JBA single in/ single out 3" stainless system. I LOVE IT actually. I'm going to hate getting rid of it when I do my engine swap, but looking forward to what replaces it just the same. Mine is louder than most and would be a good system, maybe look into them. I like loud, and certain sound. The JBA does very well to my tastes anyways.

alright so if i bought 2 of these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...=ATVPDKIKX0DER
(can they be used as 45'd exhaust like in 08fx4's pics?) and is 3" a good size?.

and these 2 items - http://www.performancepeddler.com/order.asp

I can take them (the 2 tips, y-pipe, and muffler) to my local muffler shop and he will install them all for me and thats it? he'll just charge me for labor?

Yes, but call the shop first before you take it all up there. Ask them for a quote and if they bend their own pipes. If the price is good and they do bend their own pipe, then that might be a good shop to do business with.

Oh and the second link didn't work, since it's your shopping cart. If you use the part numbers I suggested 10416 for the muffler and 10768 for the Y-pipe, then it should be 2.5" all the way back.

here
when you say" it should be 2.5" all the way back" do you mean with the muffler and y-piipe all of the pipe sizes should be 2.5" and does that mean I cant use 3" tips? I noticed that your tips are 3.5" How can i ensure that the tips will fit the pipe? when it says " 3" tips" does that mean the connector side or the exit side? and im friends w/a guy whos brother owns a muffler shop so i should be able to get a good deal, i guess i just need to see if he bends his own pipes and that he doesnt crimp them?

ah here is the website for the shop down the street http://www.bgmufflers.com/

and the site also has a coupon for 10% off (up to $50) on ANY service mon-fri http://www.bgmufflers.com/coupons.html

R u saying take out my muffler all-together? or just keep my original and just add the ypipe.? I dont mind spending the money to buy the magnapack. Ive got about 600 cash in my pocket right now.
and mine is a 4.6 unlike your 5.4 so i doubt it would sound as good.

2.5" all the up to the tips, which have a 2.5" inlet and increase on the outlet. You can go as high as 4" tips, anything higher looks odd.
