How to install Vacuum Gauge?

Does anybody know how to install a Vacuum gauge? Where should i tap into.

there should be a little hose near the back of the TB that should pull out and you can put the vacuum hose on

Is it in the black piece beyond the TB, what do i put the supplied line into?
