P0053 and P2195 on 07 5.4 Flex

I am getting P0053 and P2195 codes and the exhaust makes a lot of noise when started cold at or around exhaust manifold. I think it is a exhaust manifold or gasket leak, the dealer thinks it is a bad O2 sensor, Bank 1, Sensor 1. What do you guys think? We will see tomorrow when dealer starts cold.
