Dynatech are stainless steel with no need for ceramic coating as far as I know, I didn't know that they offered ceramic coated or regular.
Installation was definitely frustrating and a lot more involved than I expected. I started late Sat morning and ran into problems with the studs on the driver side - 3 stripped out, I eventually used the locking 2 nuts together method, which worked great. It took me just under a week to get it all finished, with all the setbacks I had - thats most of a weekend, and every evening after work until late at night. Rain and cold definitely slowed the process as well. The passenger side was the real pain. I had to remove the starter and unbolt the AC compressor and swing it out of the way and still had difficulties reaching the nuts and studs on the bottom, as well as the bolts for the header. BTW, all the studs have to some out of the bottom before the manifold can come off because it is so close to the frame, so be careful not to strip those out or you'll have real problems.
Unless you are like me and take a lot of pride in being able to say I did it myself, I would recommend paying a shop to do it and save yourself the headache and busted bloody knuckles. If you do decide to DIY, ratching wrenches and swivel extentions are a must, possibly wobble extentions too, but I didn't have any of those.
Best of luck.
