Exhaust Mainifold

hey guys
i have a constant ticking on the passenger side of my for a while now and becomes alot more noticible when its cold outside i have also noticed decreased mpg and i think power i have the 4.6L does anyone have any idea if this could be the exhaust manifold and if it is how much it should cost to fix it

loss of power and MPG would be the headgasket leaking compression.... I though I had a manifold problem, but it was just my head gasket.... ended up swapping in a 5.4 for cheaper than fixing the headgasket!!!!

Swapped 5.4. . . cause 4.6's are only good for taxi's and boat anchors. . .
