If your motor is just stock you can try to find one from a 99 F150. The one and only year they made them in aluminum.

If you are looking for high performance ones Edelbrock makes them, I think, but I have read they will run like crap on a stock engine.

Edit: Well I just tried to find the Edelbrock intake and I can't. HPS (HiPerformance Solutions) makes one for the 5.4 2V. I don't know too much about them. Down the road I too would like to switch to an aluminum intake but there seems to be really nothing available.

My 98 has an aluminum intake manifold, does that mean it has a PI-99 engine in it? or did the NPI 98s come with aluminum maniflolds too.
