AFE alternative to the CAI

AFE has a alternative to the CAI (super stock system) it looks like maybe they are reusing the stock fender intake , but it does have a larger intake tube and the washable filter for about 200 retail.

The fender intake is what bottle necks the whole intake and restricts air flow.

I got the same set up but with a drop in K&N and the DIY intake mod which doesnt restrict the airflow. Spent $50 maybe?

just posting the info.. there is a similar product on diesels and even with the fender bottleneck the rest of the tube is larger for more capacity or something.. they get 50 for just the drop in filter.
