yes true dual no mufflers and hi flow cats will be loud

ya man true duals will help make it louder and have a cleaner sound, I have true duals with the hi flow cats and I have a 5.4L v8 like yours...check out my clip in my sig. I also added a H pipe to make it sound even more deeper after the hi flows, but its all personal preference.

True duals will rumble better, hi-flow cats will make it a hell of alot louder.

Hey Jake make sure your dealer wont screw you over on the duals part. I just had a muffler and dual tips put on my 08 5.4. My muffler guy that ive used for over ten years told me he has been told that some of the dealers are voiding warranities just for true dualing them, and cutting out their y pipe. Plus he told me that there is a good chance of torque loss opening the truck to much and not having any other mods to help compensate.

x2. Look for part #s 94306 ( 12" polished cats ) or 94106 ( 9" natural stainless cats ) the 9" versions are a pinch louder. These two will work fine on our trucks.

Yup mine are the 94306s but f150fella08 has the 94106s...I cant imagine my truck with only the 94306s being any louder haha

If you just got it put in it will get louder, just depends how much louder you want.
Got my 18in put in month ago, 1000miles later much louder then when I first fired it up.

Well that is true, true duals on a N/A enginge will rob torque unless its small enough. A SI/DO system will perform much better, but wont sound as sweet.
