Thank you all!!!

Well I just got my magnaflow exhaust in, #15749. Got it based on most everyone here. I was leaning towards the Flowmaster for a little more sound, but couldn't pass on the deal I got. This thing is beautiful. I won't be able to bolt it up until next weekend though. Truck is going to the glass shop tomorrow for new rear window and then to the body shop all next week due to some jerk deciding my truck was a good stopping point for the front of theirs and then leaving. If this thing sounds 1/2 as good as it looks I love it!!!

Hott Exhaust had the best price I could find anywhere when I recently purchased the SIDO Magnaflow cat-back system for my new F-150. I ordered my system on a Tuesday morning, and by Friday afternoon Fed Ex had it sitting by my front door! Tell them you are a member of "F150online" and you will get a substantial discount!

I've already popped the box open just to make sure everything was there, and it looks great. FWIW, I am very please with the apparent quality of the components that were shipped -- looks very nice and has a really nice set of polished tips!

I can't tell you how it sounds though, since it hasn't been installed yet -- the truck just got here a few days ago, and my wife has had me busy with other projects all weekend!

I got mine from performance peddler, discount code was fordf150.net I believe. I had seen a couple posts on here of issues with Hott exhaust, so I ordered from here instead. Shipped fast. Hopefully I'll have the exhaust on by the end of the week, trucks still in the shop.

I also ordered mine from performance peddler. Lucky for me I was in no big hurry, it took a little over a month to get. They were hard pressed to answer any questions after I ordered the system. They told me it was on back order and then it should be there by friday. Friday comes and goes, Monday they say it will be shipped out that day. Two weeks later I get my exhaust. Anyway enough ranting, hope you have better luck with performance peddler than I did.
On the exhaust side you won't be dissapointed, it sounds great. Bolt on system, not entirely true. Good Luck

What do you mean not a bolt on system? What problems did you have and how did you correct them (putting on the system)?
Thanks

I got mine from performance peddler in under a week. I'll start trying to install tonight as long as it's not pouring rain.

well dang, I found out tonight that it's a direct bolt on as long as you have had the upgrade to the exhaust behind the rear tire, so now I have to have a shop install this for me.

Will it cause any harm running just the straight pipe for now and no muffler?

The muffler uses the stock hangers, but the hangers that are used in the rear either require you to remove a bolt from you hitch receiver, or weld the bolts on to the side of the frame. I chose to go right behind the receiver and drill a hole in the frame, so that I could still adjust the height of the exhaust. Hope this explains it.
