Tow Command/Upfitter Switches is a retrofit possible?

Has anyone or does anyone know if the factory Tow Command/Upfitter switch module can be retrofitted into an 2005 or OLDER Excursion/Superduty?

I know the same thing can probably be done cheaper with aftermerket stuff but I like the factory look.

Thanks
