Since you're running 4.1, did you save the baseband? If not, you lost the unlock and who ever buys it can't only use AT&T.

The baseband is not preserved, I bought this after it came out, however I follow the DEV teams blog (responsible for UltraSn0w) that creates the unlocks for the phones, and it is in the midst of being created, as for a release date, it is uncertain, I have Beta tested the new ultrasn0w, for 5.14.02, and they still have some work to do. You are correct, currently the phone is LOCKED to AT&T, and will not be able to be unlocked until the release is out, I suspect as soon as it does, you will see a price increase for every phone that was not previously able to be unlocked, as it always has in the past when it has been released.
