Wrong Radiator

I think I have the wrong radiator in my truck. I have an ORP that was supposed to come with the larger radiator, but when I installed the s/c, I noticed that is was only about 1" thick. Crash! told me that there was a recall on this, and that you have to call a number and they send a voucher to a dealer to install it for you. Does anyone know the number? What are my options? My truck over heated today, and I am really pissed off.
Thanks for your help in advance.

The radiator suit was related to the Heavy duty cooling and electrical/Class III tow package, not the Off-Road package.

Have the tow package. My dealer is uncooperative.

Never Mind

Talked to Ford. Based on my purchase date, I do not qualify. Thanks anyways.

Is it a 2001?

5.4?

How many miles on your truck?

What was your overheating symptom (gauge reading, steam, overflow leaking)?
