Can leaving the oil fill cap off after changing the oil cause a P0174 code? The CEL came on the day after I changed the oil, I stopped by autozone to get the code read, and we found the cap missing. I've replaced it, but the CEL has not gone out yet, (2 days driving). Should I expect the light to go out shortly?

 

I forgot to add that it is a 2000 F150 with the 4.6 V8 and 75K miles.
