'91 F250 Wipers...

'91 F250 Wipers...
I've got a 1991 F250 and when using the wipers they will stop in mid stroke pretty often... Usually in the intermittent position... Would this be just the wiper switch or something else???

Oh, I'll have to move it over to the full on position to get them to move back... And they will stop when and wherever I put the switch in the off position...
