Good morning all.

I have been meaning to come online and ask this question for some time. Out of nowhere my 2002 F150 King Ranch door locks started slamming locked when engaged by forward movement or by push button. It sounds to me like they are getting way over volted (if that is the term) compared to the first 13 years of life. I have had the truck since it was a small pup and love it dearly.

The battery charge (dash) indicates a normal charge but I am seeing an untoward growth of crystals around the battery posts.

I wonder if the electrical system is over charging somehow? Otherwise all is normal.
