Battery drains unless I pull the radio fuse... Confusion abounds

I bought an 04 Expedition Eddie Bauer and it was And is a great deal.

The battery keeps dying because the radio fuse seems to stay hot.

So if I pull the radio fuse it is fine.

So something is staying hot but I don't know what it is.

For some reason the guy I bought it from had run a lead for power to his aftermarket deck to the cig lighter that stays hot.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Move the lead to a switched fuse.
Also find out what else is on that same circuit. I bet there is something else besides the radio.

Identify the fuse by its fuse number from the owner's manual, it's unambiguous.

Restore the wiring to factory/stock condition, we have no idea what a PO might have changed.
