wiring system above transmission

Apparently when I reinstalled my transmission on my 2004 F150 I accidentally pinched some wires between the bellhousing and engine. Does anyone know where these wires connect to or have a wiring diagram of where they run to? Reason I'm asking is when my transmission warms up I lose OD and possibly TC lockup or unlock. I have no check engine light and when I scan it for codes , nothing shows up. The only one that shows is the P1000 which says drive cycle incomplete. Any help would be appreciated. Best Regards, Joey

Sounds like you pinched the wires going from your trans to your pcm. Check the wires and see if any pull apart that you pinched.
