f 150 wiper problem

f 150 wiper problem

I have a 1998 f 150 the wipers come on and off randomly, I have replaced the wiper switch, relays, and the wiper motor, still they randomly come on, anyone got any suggestions how to fix this problem

thanks for the link, it is a new switch, so I know that is not the problem, however now is suspect that it might be in the plug that attaches to the new switch,
