That is a strange one.
I'd say pull the switch from one of the others ( i.e. front pass door ) and test to see if you have + VDC on the yellow w/ light green stripe wire.
This is the output of the window lock switch ( turns power on and off to the other windows ).
If you do not have + VDC on the yellow w/ light green stripe wire with the lock off, I would take a SWAG it is the yellow w/ light green stripe wire broken in the boot from the door to the a pillar. Could be closer to the switch or the switch itself, but I would guess it is in the rubber boot.
That is my 1st place to start looking.
