There are two distinct and separate interior lighting circuits in the F150. You have to be specific about which is not working as it is not very likely that both would fail at the same time.
1. On-demand lighting - These are the ones that you must reach up and turn on or open the vanity mirrors. This is fed by the fuse F04 via the battery saver relay.
2. Courtesy lighting - these are the lights that should come on when a door is opened or the interior lightning portion of the dimmer switch is used to switch them all on. Includes the cargo lamp for the bed and puddle lamps, if equipped. Supplied by F12 via a FET in the BCM.
If you have the "Ambient Lighting" option (cup holders, foot wells, storage bin) , it's another completely different circuit.

Puddle lights and dash lights work, (except for the lights that displays which gear the truck is in), no ambient lighting. I don't believe the bed lights work either, I have a cap on the bed.
Interior lights do not come on when the doors are opened, nor do the work when using the interior dash dimmer switch for interior lights, I've checked Fuse number 4 and also swapped it for a new Fuse, Fuses are good.
Would the BMS have anything to do with the interior lights not working?
