7-pin connector not working

My 2011 SCrew is getting proper power to the 4-pin connector, but the 7-pin won't light up a thing. It doesn't show a ground on the diagram on the cover door. Any ideas?

What is not working on the 7 pin ?

You you using a trailer or a meter / test light to test with ?

When you test the 4 pin trailer tow adapter as good, are you using the ground in the 4 pin plug ?

If you use that same ground ( on the 4 pin ) do the circuits test as good on the 7 pin ?

The 7 pin adapter is the standard RV 7 pin round plug

Not sure what the cover has on it, to comment one way or the other, but the above diagram is correct for a standard 7 pin RV trailer Tow adapter.
When testing watch which diagram you are using ( the plug or the adapter on the truck ), the pins will be mirror images of each other.

It was nothing more than a dirty plug! I was worried I needed to do something to activate the new one.
