Turning off Autolocks

I can't seem to find any info on getting ALL 4 doors unlocked when I put it in park..........so it seems my only option is turning OFF the Autolock feature. But how do you do this??? According to the manual, you do it through the key pad...but I don't know the factory code to put in. I thought I read somewhere there was a tag on the side of the engine that had the code. I can't find it. Can anyone help? It is so frustrating trying to open the rear door and its locked, so you have to re-open the drivers to hit the unlock button.-----------DirtySCREW

It's a microprocessor that's mounted on the rear wall of the cab. (Just a metal box with wires running into it).
