Question about Instrument cluster

I have a 98 f150 xl and my Instrument cluster that I have in truck has no tach. I got one that has a tach in it. How can I change the mileage so that they match before I put the one that has the tach in my truck. Thanks

ammiller83, may I add a rider on your request. I have a 200 xl and I am attempting to replace my dash for the same reason as you. But I have to get a $600 data collector to download and upload information from one to the other.
My question..... is there another way?

As for yours, can you remove the odometer from your old cluster and install in the replacement?
