Im trying to find the location of the default door keypad code, I beleive its located on a computer module somewhere. The truck is a 2001 Ford F150 Lariat 4x4 Supercrew, 5.4L, AT. Thanks....

It should be in a small plastic sleeve in the back of your owners manual black zipped pouch. White card almost the size of a credit card with the FORD logo and a five digit number in box printed on it.

Your master code is printed on the sticker attached to the VSM on the rear wall of the cab behind the driver's seat. The dealer can get it for you but they like to charge you for th privilege.

A Quick search would have produced 63 threads, one of which :

https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=319924

Show the location to find the RAP Module, which has the factory code on it.

Search would turn up a few threads on the topic for the 2004 ( non heritage ) + MY Trucks.

I put together a write up on the rear seat removal process from a few members :

Any dealer with the IDS or WDS can tell you the code, I could access the code in less than 5 mins, 30 mins is B.S.

You can look under the dash where your gas and brake is. If it is like mine there will be a plastic piece up ther somewhere with five numbers and that should be it.
