Had a very pleasant experience, trade in was well priced, stayed late (11:00pm) to finalize the deal, answered all questions, no pressure on add ons when at the finance guy. Was in a week later to fix a door ding that was on it when delivered and to add a bed liner. Got free upgrade to rugged liner and they provided me a loaner truck for the day.
