Problems with Dealer in Orlando, FL

Hi,

Just to let you know that we had huge problems with our truck after paying over 600.00 to do maintence on our truck at Don Reid Ford. We took our truck in for normal maintence, and the truck actually ran very well before we brought it in. When we picked it up, the truck wouldn't stop idleing. What is really confusing, is that they should have noticed this huge problem before even 'handing' the truck back to us. It was very obvious that this was an issue. They charged us another $100.00, and told us that it was a coil. After driving the truck for about 60 miles, the truck started shaking again. At this point, we wouldn't even think of bringing the truck back to Don Reid Ford. To pay this much, and have the truck in this kind of condition is unimaginable. We plan to take the truck to another mechanic to see why a perfectly ok truck turned into a truck that we can't seem to drive anymore.

Has anyone else had issues like this with Don Reid Ford in Maitland, FL?
