"To qualify, dealers must meet a series of standards. They include having well-maintained facilities and employees trained in resolving complaints. In customer surveys, more than 50 percent of the respondents must say that they were "completely satisfied" with their sales or service experience."
Just don't rate your service or sales experience with them as "completely satisfied". This will eventually weed out the worst ones. PAYBACK TIME!!!!!!!!
