Why dosent F150online.com have a TOTM? I think it would be a cool idea. Maybe one for 97-03, one for 04-08, and when the 09's come out, have 3 winners a month. And give the winner a special "F150online (Insert Month Here) Truck of the Month Winner" decal?
Edit: Just be sure that only Ford's can win. We don't want to see JBMX's gay stock "wanna-grow-up-to-be-a-truck" on there.
We talked about this about 4 years ago and I think it was left on my plate to handle... you see how far I made it with the idea...

Let me do a bit of investigative work -- not sure that there would be any official 'prize' but, the winner could have some bragging rights for a month...
How about this... a 'sticky' thread in General requesting entries for two weeks. The moderators/admins will select a 5-pack of trucks. From there, we'll set it up as a poll for the member base to VOTE for the TOTM. From there... uhh... not sure...
RP we do a TOTM on another site I am a part of, and we do a small thumbnail trophy that stays next to thier name forever with the month and year under it. Ill take some screen shots tonight to see what yall think.
We also do nominations, but that site is alot smaller then this one so i dont know how well nominations will work....

I know of all of the sites that do that... I was TOTM at STW once... (kind of a joke, really)...
While I like the idea, I think it's going to be tough to execute within the new leadership paradigm. Simply put, I'm way down the pecking order with the company that, overall, administers the servers where our site is hosted. In short, it may have to be a simple 'atta boy' rather than much additional recognition...
I am going to ask a few questions though... we'll see how it goes.

I think it's a great idea. The other big Ford site does a truck of the week. My only gripe with the day they do theirs is sometimes some newbie with 4 post wins it. Now I agree, it should go to a nice truck, just not to someone who registers and makes 4 posts showing off his truck and never returns again. It needs to go to members that contripute to the site and have a nice truck.
