Not only does it take up space on the top of the forum and make me scroll down further, some people don't have just F150s in their albums and we'll be stuck looking at some motorbike and other random personal picture.
I foresee not safe for work picture problems the way the random gallery images show up atop the page. Someone is going to get busted, eventually. Not cool. IB should know better.

It collapses it and it stays collapsed.
Even when you log off and log back it stays collapsed.
You can collapse Forums you don't read and they stay collapsed.

Pictures?! ha!
ManualF150's posts are not safe for work.
Let alone ManualF150's disgusting truck pictures.
But on the lighter side of things... you can collapse the random picture generator.
I realize that, but what about the guy who's just for the first time visited the site from his work computer and a suspect random album picture, which has yet to be reported as bad, is atop the page?
Just because a technology or feature exists or is available or someone at your place thinks it's cool, doesn't automatically make it a good idea to implement.
As far as I'm concerned, it's a waste of both bandwidth and server capacity. If someone wants to look at random crap, fine, but don't turn it on for everyone by default and then require them to turn it off to get rid of it.
Two thumbs down as implemented.
