I like the idea of not being able to PM until you hit 100 AND have over 90 days as a member, keeps the noobs from PMing like crazy and teaches them the value of the "search" button.

As far as Personal Messaging, there isn't a 100 post count rule. That would be nice though.

The PM rule/filter might be a 90 day after registration requirement, I'm not sure about that one.

Post count, I can tell you for sure, that doesn't matter.

I just looked and you have to enable the PM option in your User Options.

Click on "User CP" in the black bar above, then go into "Edit Options".

That's right, you have the option to shut it off entirely, if that's what you want. Forgot about that option.

To the OP - If the user doesn't enable PM's, he/she doesn't want to be bothered lol. Doesn't matter how many posts you have or how long you've been a member.
