Site suggestion

Just wanted suggeest having a "emergency help" section.
It would be nice to have a place where members are in the middle of a project that run into a problem that they have somewhere to post. A lot of the threads that relate to the problem don't have much traffic to them.

I think it would be very difficult determining what exactly is an "emergency." It would seem to me that if you post a question in the appropriate forum after doing a comprehensive search, then it will be seen just as quickly as anywhere else. Some of our best mechanical minds only frequent those forums in which they have technical expertise, so I doubt they would venture out into yet another forum. Additionally, I don't want to add another burden to our moderators to move threads in an emergency forum asking about which satellite radio option is better because the poster deems the question to be urgent to him.

I see your point too, but from the time I have spent here I notice that a lot of times someone is looking for help say; ie, suspension related. A day later they have 2 replies. Then a person will come along with a similair question and figure that they will just put in into the 04-06 forum because it sees more traffic, yet it is still related to 04-06 f-150's. Both are right, but the 04-06 is getting full of misc type threads. There are a lot of very knowledgable members here that like to help, but don't go into every thread.

Just a thought.
