Two simple suggestions

Please turn on the font size option. It allows people to put all their mods in their sig and still keep it a reasonable size by being able to shrink the text. Also, make the quick reply box active by default instead of having to click the button. These are VERY simple changes. Thanks

QuickReply has to be "activated" by indicating which post in a thread that you are actually replying to. How can it always be active...how would it know which thread you are replying to? (some people use the threaded or hybrid view, which makes this answer much more relevant)

And a simple suggestion back to you...use a much smaller image in your signature. People should not have to load a 125k, 550 pixel wide image in a signature. It takes up way too much screen real estate...far more than text ever would.

Or put your desired mods text in a feild next to your picture, like using Paint.
Then host the image thats picture, and text.
Or just dont list mods that people can see in your picture on your sig.

The quick reply box could be active when you click on any post without having to click the quick reply button. Almost every vbulletin forum I visit has this feature turned on. It's just a simple change as I am sure you know. If I wished to quote someone, I could use the quote button.

And you make a good point about the IMG size, I will reduce it. Maybe you could limit size via policy? However, you still didn't say why you can't turn on the font size option. Thanks, Tony

I am aware of this setting, but as I said, there are people here that utilize the threaded, rather than linear view and forcing people to click the actual button will indicate which post they are responding to, otherwise the response may be out of context.

As for the font size, it cannot be isolated to just the signature area. It is not allowed in posts because different type sizes are distracting and it will get abused, so we don't enable it here. And, as for image size in the signature...since you are linking to an image outside of the F150online.com server, we really have no way of knowing how large the image actually is using the capabilities of the forum software and therefore cannot set limitations on it technically. Policy is based more on courtesy to fellow users and we try to make people aware of images we think are too large on a case-by-case basis.

This is an example of what i was suggesting you do, i even copied the forrum back ground color so it will blend in the back ground, as if you typed next to the picture to begin with. Feel free to save the image as, and use it for your sig.

EDIT: and if you would like, i could make the text larger or smaller at your request if needed.

I would do it with my own sig, but i have links to threads in my sig, and multiple links cant be fused with a picture.
