Exclamation Ford VCT timing

I have installed Comp Cams 127400 in my 5.4 3v, Motor is strong as Hell. I read some where that you can change the stock vct timing values in the timing tables to get more power, but I can't seem to find the article. I thought it was in MMFF. My mods are in my sig. below. Can some one point me in the right direction please?

you can't adjust cam timing on your motor without a wrench.

the new Coyote and ecoboost motors have computer controlled cam phasers that allow the PCM to controll the intake and exhaust cam durations independently (to an extent).
